I started building automations because I got tired of watching smart people do dumb work. Copy this row. Paste it there. Send that email. Check the spreadsheet. Every single day.
The first time I automated a 47-tab spreadsheet monster into a single dashboard, the office manager looked at me like I had performed a magic trick. It was just a Google Apps Script and some common sense. But it saved her 6 hours a week.
That's what I do. I find the repetitive, soul-crushing processes that nobody talks about because "that's just how we do things" — and I make them disappear.
What JufipAI does
We build custom automation systems. Not the drag-and-drop kind where you connect two apps and call it a day. Real systems that understand your business logic, handle edge cases, and actually work when you're not babysitting them.
We use Claude for the parts that need thinking, Google Apps Script for the spreadsheet parts, and Cloud Functions when things need to talk to each other. No Zapier, no Make, no monthly subscription that costs more than the person it replaced.
Who we work with
Most of our clients come from industries where there's a lot of paperwork and not enough time: staffing agencies drowning in applications, construction companies tracking injuries across 30 sites, property managers juggling maintenance requests from 200 units.
We're based in Dallas but the automations work from anywhere. If your team is spending more time on data entry than actual work, we should talk.
